Who is Skutch Electronics?
Skutch Electronics, Inc. has been successfully
designing and building telecommunication equipment for over 27
years. Skutch was established in 1977. We have a product
line of approximately 20 products. We design, build,
service and supply high quality telephone support for all of
our products at our facilities in Roseville, California.
Skutch also designs and builds custom products for OEM
applications. Our design capabilities include software
development, audio, telephone, DSP and microcontroller based
products. We design our own hardware, printed circuit boards,
and enclosures in house.
We believe in the products that we build and we
stand behind them. In fact, we still repair some Skutch
products that we sold over 14 years ago. When you buy a
Skutch product, you can rest assured that you will be able to
get support on the product for years to come.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied, for any reason, with your
Skutch product, simply return the product to us within 30 days
from the delivery date, in new unmarked condition, prepaid,
insured and with all of it's original parts and
instructions. When we receive the unit we will credit
your credit card account, or send you a refund check, for 100%
of the unit cost, not including any shipping charges.
Software is supplied with a free 30 day trial period.
There are no refunds on software packages.
One Year Limited Warranty
SKUTCH products are warranted against defects for a period
of one (1) year from the date of the original invoice.
Within this period, we will repair it without charge for parts
and labor. To obtain warranty service the product must
be returned, at the customer's expense, to SKUTCH Electronics,
along with a copy of the original invoice. After the
unit has been repaired, SKUTCH will ship the PRODUCT back via
UPS GROUND service at our expense. If any other form of
return shipment is requested, the customer will pay for 100%
of the shipping cost.
This Warranty does not apply if, in the sole opinion of
SKUTCH Electronics, the PRODUCT has been damaged by lightning
or any other Acts of God, or by accident, misuse, neglect, or
improper packing, shipping, modification or servicing by other
than an authorized SKUTCH Service Center.
EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT, THERE
ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT
NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITIES OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND IN NO EVENT SHALL SKUTCH
ELECTRONICS BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR BENEFITS,
INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES
ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE.
This warranty only applies to products sold within the
United States and it does not apply to software packages.

Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
During that time a technician is always available to answer
any questions that you might have. You will NOT have to
